amidst all the blah blah and yakkity smakkity there i stumbled upon what might be at the heart of the issue, dealing directly with human rights, i present then, what gives me the RIGHT to say any I say here.
can anybody speak for everybody? assuming you arrived at the ‘correct’ answer, I must ask, why then do all look to one for all the guidance and direction.
it doesn’t seem fair; I wouldn’t want that job (and which ego would?)
as we continue to degrade self and immerse ourselves into each other; becoming a more trans-personal people i must ask what then does the archetypical hero look like when one face doesn’t quite paint the picture.

I love the Mona Lisa as much as the next, and meeting her in person certainly left its impression. I must say she doesn’t fit the bill any longer…

Justice is a concept…. A concept is a cognitive unit of meaning—an abstract idea or a mental symbol… meaning is what is expressed by the writer or speaker, and what is conveyed to the reader or listener, provided that they talk about the same thing… So as long as we stay on the same page we should be able to come up with a concept to justify our means… requiring no soundness of reasoning, ( or because X,Y, and Z said so…) we could all find a way to justify our means, all you need is imagination, and willing a populi…. and whalla! Justice! so …. what is justice? perhaps now that it is the the 21st century, we have a little better understanding of the world around us, we can stop “conceptualizing” justice, and live according to harmony. Live according to balance. Stop preaching to each other that our concept is the best while the world falls apart around us. It is damned hilarious to watch I’m tellin yas. Because the world and all its economic and social structures are, (and oh yes, yes you had better believe THEY ARE crumbling all around us) we still cling to them, the concepts, that have no foundation in natural reality. How do you justify it all, do you seek god, you teachers, politicians! I hope you think we might find an answer through these avenues, in fact if you look hard enough your sure to find something to fit your system. and that’s it people…. confirmation bias, self fulfilling prophecy, and you thought you were anything more. no humanity will always find a way to justify how horrible we are. we always will. justice, is a concept, a delusion, an instinct… and nothing more. we can change the laws, change the concept, and justify our need to destroy each other. Have you ever felt the need to be justified in helping? justified in being? or do you only justify your means when your in the wrong? justified in doing rather than being? I do not have to justify the fact that I am here it is JUST true. Does that mean then I do not have to justify what I am Doing here? Just because I am I can do just the same, without question? and now we are getting to close to human rights for this discussion to continue,…. all i ask is how you do it….. it leads one right up front to the fact that we are still infants, that need justice. we cannot do the true thing, for the true thing never needs to be justified, it just is.

it is of curious note that the word POLITICIAN comes from the Greek word πολίτης meaning citizen, but it is of even more curious note that we actually believe politicians lobby for citizens when in fact the don’t care for a single one of us! they lobby for corporations and in turn it is certainly they that govern our lives …. so who are you voting for? walmart, aig, exxon? it is easily discerned by any who dare look that these are your True figure heads, your true American identity, our legacy … the corporate state…

perhaps we should reach for a more fitting definition of these for they certainly do not serve citizens, I personally enjoy the term corporate henchman, with such a dire and drastic term it is hard for me to slip into the state of delusion they require for successful consummation of their wonderful agendas … perhaps ‘corporate henchmen’ isn’t a media friendly team that any PR team would be willing to sign off on…

are you aware that a corporate entity is entitled to far more of the ‘American Dream’ than you ever could have fucking hoped for? you’d better just hire a lawyer now and get your DBAs LLCs INCs lined up if you want to be considerd ‘human’ in the eyes of our wonderful πολιτικοί… and the kicker here goes it

you see folks the sense of wholesale degradation is not so latent in all of us, and it is so so so hard to live here…. how could it ever be considered unhealthy to have such a broken heart for humanity that it actually makes you fucking crazy, I’ll tell you that it could be we are so desensitized that no one among may be the true voice of reason any longer, WE DESTROYED REASON, RATIONALE, to the tune that we don’t even want to deal with our deficiencies

My Nomadic Ways…

Here I sit amidst the wreckage that is my…stuff…
Packing and preparing for my next nomadic shift. If one had read the previous pages about me you would have found that I move… a lot. Each time I move I find it to be a cathartic process as I learn so much about myself. Curiosities about myself that would have otherwise gone unnoticed while all of my…stuff..is in free range and outside of it’s rightful place…

The first issue of note is the fact that i can always fit my whole life and all my…stuff…into one vehicle. I think this fact says volumes about me, i only wish I could put my finger on what exactly it does say. Does it pay homage to my legendary humility and detachment from material things? No Does it speak of my ability to organize and conserve space? No Perhaps I have a large automobile… Not at all, PT Cruiser in fact, is by no means large. Perhaps it has more to do with finances, which I feel is the most likely answer, but I doubt this also.

Me and my bros, moving my stuff

Another fascinating tid-bit I learn is of my ability, or lack thereof, to detach from the crap that is acquired over any span of life. What gets saved, and what gets discarded? If I am now throwing this crap out, what did i see in it that i chose to acquire it in the first place? For instance I have saved every ball cap I acquired over the last five years, and I never wear one of them? I only see them when I move as it is the only time they come out of the back of the closet. Every time I bring those hats back from the abyss to the light of day, I line them up in the order they were acquired. This gives me a point of reflection, like these damned things are telling me of my journeys, and I am able to revisit all of my stops along the way. That is not a hat collection, no.. oh no, those are guide posts, mile markers of the roads that I have traversed in space and time.

Imagine the stories this bro could tell...

The items that find themselves unloved and ultimately discarded are usually publications, periodicals, magazines. I save all that…stuff..and I do not for the life of me know why. As if I am going to find relevant news or secret messages in last years editions. It makes one wonder why we even purchase these types of…stuff..at all, especially with the internet and all the digital media we have at our disposal these days.

Perhaps in a dresser, or a night stand, in some instances it was simply a box, to all appearances an ordinary drawer, but to look beyond it’s wooden veneer one would be looking upon the secrets of an existence.

‘Wow, this bro has a questionable amount of stuff…’

In this sacred vessel, no matter what it happened to be, resided every scrap of paper I had acquired within that given span of life. Quite a revelation indeed. There is of course the very trivial shopping receipts, paycheck stubs, and matchbooks, yet even in these minute scraps a story could be told(maybe even a decent anecdote). There also can be found ticket stubs, wrist bands, and the flyers for up-and-comers from the shows I have attended in the that span of time, these are some of my favorite items to uncover as they return me to a moment in time worth remembering. The pictures! The pictures… The Pictures? Finding these old pics make me realize how much I have grown, of course I look older now than in the earliest pic, but to look considerably older makes me reflect upon the fact that although it seems as if time has passed in the blink of an eye in this place; the pictorial record does not reflect such at all. I have grown since, but have I really grown? What have I seen or experienced since I was that younger bro? And have I learned, or more importantly un-learned anything since?
Another of my favorite things to dredge up are all the love notes from my love. I for just a moment get to relive that beautiful moment in time when our schedules conflict, and I awoke to find your sweet nothings, or come home to find such a simple and sweet notation reaffirming our love. I love you Frenchie!

One to be exact

Among other things I find are playbills, light bills(unopened:)), and writings from Anonymous Bills, so much…stuff.. Not to mention the birthday cards, Christmas cards, and business cards, telling me that even from such a great distance, even though birthdays and holidays have become mundane, it tells me that people genuinely care.

Yes I truly enjoy this moment, it cannot be forced, it cannot be created over night, and it cannot be created, only lived. Those drawers are now compartmentalized into boxes, archives of the days gone by. Physical mementos of the love I have given and received perhaps, and perhaps upon the day of my escape from this mortal coil, my loved ones will look upon this stuff with the adornment I have. Not because this stuff has monetary or even aesthetic value, but because the stuff has left a trail that traced my existence; this stuff is a nomads hieroglyphics.
